A few months ago I was reading an article in Men’s Health titled “Eat This, Not That!“. In the article it gives a certain resteraunt chain and what is the healthiest and unhealthiest thing to eat there. As I am lazy and tend to eat lots of fast food I went and bought the book. Although I am not overweight, my diet is not the best and I thought maybe I could do simple things to change it like healthier food choices when I am out eating. The biggest problem I found with this book is that it has a lot of American food chains in it that I have not seen before. However it also gives suggestions of how to eat healthy when you are buying food from a grocery store so that is a plus.
